A Grade II-listed building, the former headquarters of the Trustee Savings Bank , located on Lombard Street in the City of London. The site adjoins the Grade I-listed Wren church. The commercial building needed a significant refurbishment with a plan to add an extra upper storey and alter the arrangement of the cores.
Pristine London were appointed to assist with the refurbishment and extension of the property. Works included internal brick work alterations and new timber joint system throughout also including some strip out works and general builders works. The demolition of an existing mezzanine floor, followed by installation of structural steels for a new mezzanine floor being installed.
The Pristine London team also undertook all strengthening and structural works to the roof this included strengthening the existing roof with timbers and structural steels ready for the extension, the structural steels for the new extension and a new liquid applied membrane.
